Dial Us For Murder offers the most sophisticated murder mystery party on the market.

Unlike any other company, we custom write your mystery party from scratch. Your guests play the characters based on their requests. They describe what kind of character they would like to play and their level of comfort. Guests access characters and all information on a private website we create for your event. Once we have your guest list, we work with your guests directly, lessening your work load as the host.

How is this customized?

First, you choose any theme you want. Second, your guest RSVP will take the form of a completed questionnaire, telling us what kind of characters they'd like to play - how big, who they'd like to interact with, etc. We will write the characters and all the plots.

What happens at the mystery party?

The key to our events is action DURING the party. Rather than a Who Dunnit mystery party format in which everyone is a detective, our focus is role-playing. We choreograph an evening filled with dramatic events incited with a continual supply of actions cards that we slip to each character throughout the event leading to fights, shocking admissions, and murder. Players can also do anything they wish in character. These work best on your feet mingling, and we will help you work out the best format for serving food, and we also offer catering, from hors d’oeuvres to a full supper. We also offer professional photography, decorations and mailed invitations.

Your guests will have PLENTY to do. Before the event, guests receive a character description with their background, current dramas, plots, goals, and clues to a variety of mysteries. Our characters and plots are more flushed out, sophisticated and rich than any mystery parties you'll find.

At the end of the mystery, guests can vote on Who Dunnit to win a small prize, answers are announced, and guests can intermingle out of character, discussing all their secret dirt.
