For over 13 years, Elise Allen and Debbie McMahon have been creating and writing mystery parties. They produced their first at Connecticut College, their alma matter, inventing the mystery party format they currently use. Since then, they have produced and written several events, many private parties, as well as for organizations and corporatations.

In addition to Dial Us For Murder, Elise Allen is a television and literary writer, having written for shows such as The Cosby Show, MTV's Undressed, Saved By the Bell, Animal Jam as well as a script writer of the Fairytopia series. Debbie McMahon is a performer/director, having worked at Disneyland, Universal Studios, and Knott's Berry Farm in entertainment and event coordination. She has performed in and directed children and adult theater. She earned her M.A. in Performance Studies from N.Y.U. Tisch and graduated from Dell'Arte International School of Physical Theater, studying clowning, mime, mask, melodrama, commedia dell'arte and ensemble based theater creation. She is currently producing and performing in an Evening of Grand Guignol at www.grandguignolers.com.
